Mike is a principal of GRLD Ventures as well as the Founder and President of Klay Media and his thorough understanding of the full digital marketing landscape and entrepreneurial spirit led to his bootstrapping of Klay Media in 2018 .

Prior to founding Klay Media, Mike served as the VP of global client services at a supply-side platform, led performance sales teams for multiple advertising platforms and was able to work intimately with dozens of networks, advertisers and publishers to gain unparalleled insight into the industry. Over fifteen years of experience has provided Mike a deep appreciation and understanding that the interplay of data science and its full, efficient optimization is the present and future of consumer engagement.

Seth's in-depth market expertise and keen attention to landscape-altering trends provides GRLD a springboard to identify early stage investment opportunities in companies that are at the forefront of creating solution-driven products utilizing a variety of big data sources.

Seth is a principal of GLRD Ventures and the COO of Klay Media where he leads the integrated Klay Discovery operation by overseeing O&O strategy, strengthening publisher expansion and retention efforts, and coordinating the cultivation of proprietary optimization tools.

Prior to joining Klay Media, Seth spent nearly a decade at a preeminent South Carolina-based billion dollar media company where he developed unique and scalable programs across a variety of publisher categories while also spearheading marketing growth strategies for O&O properties that reached more than 100 million monthly users. When he is not staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, Seth spends time with his wife, two kids and two french bulldogs.
